Debrief

The crew were alerted to an incoming temporal distortion wave approaching Twin Pines. Before the wave could rewrite local history, they used ALF’s temporal tunnel to leave 2247 and travel approximately 65 million years BC to UFN History, where they recovered the protected Historic Log.

On returning to 2247, the crew found that the present had changed. Twin Pines had been replaced by Tannen Station, and local records no longer matched the Historic Log. By comparing the two versions of history, the crew identified the Battle for Twin Pines in 2231 as the first point of divergence.

The crew travelled to 2241 and intervened directly in the Battle for Twin Pines. They confirmed AXIS interference and used ALF’s antivirus package to protect the station from the intrusion that would have disabled its shields, weapons, and fleet-support systems, restoring the timeline to its correct course.

Twin Pines remains a key station in UFN outer-sector expansion, supporting communications, repair, resupply, logistics, and fleet coordination. Had it been lost, UFN influence across the region may have collapsed, allowing hostile powers to reshape the sector’s future.

The crew returned to the restored present and destroyed a final temporally displaced AXIS force before it could interfere further. Historic continuity has been restored, and Twin Pines remains secure in 2247.

Due to the sensitive nature of temporal intervention, all direct references to the crew’s involvement at the Battle for Twin Pines and this mission will be marked as the highest level of confidential information - we ask that you do not discuss this mission with other UFN officers even with top security clearance.
