UFN Arrow Lead launched from UFN London as part of a forward operation against Ghost activity in the sector. The fighter wing supported London during the initial engagement near GST Tortuga, where Ghost forces were cleared from the nebula and the first hostile installation was neutralised.

During or shortly after the engagement, UFN London sustained critical drive damage and was unable to continue the operation under its own power. UFN Arrow Lead was dispatched to locate replacement impulse components while London remained on station and vulnerable.

Lieutenant SPOOKY first contacted ITG Wayfarer Exchange for assistance. The station did not have the required part available, but directed them to Starway Raceway, where a compatible impulse regulator was believed to be held.

At Starway Raceway, the part was offered on the condition that UFN Arrow Lead prove itself on the local course. The fighter entered the race under operational pressure, with UFN London still awaiting repairs and Ghost forces active in the area. The squad leader completed the race within the required time and Starway Raceway released the impulse regulator for collection, allowing repairs to UFN London to proceed. However, before Arrow Lead could make their way back to UFN London, Ghost forces launched an ambush on Starway Raceway. This ambush was repelled before leaving the site to return to UFN London

With the impulse regulator secured, UFN Arrow Lead returned the component to UFN London. Repairs were completed, restoring the carrier’s mobility and allowing the mission to continue.

The operation then shifted to the final objective: GST Mobile Lab. UFN Arrow Lead, with available support from London and any deployed Arrow wing craft, moved against the Ghost facility and its defending ships. The destruction of GST Mobile Lab removed a key Ghost asset from the sector and disrupted their ability to stage further attacks against nearby trade and naval targets.

UFN London survived the engagement, UFN Arrow Lead completed its mission objectives, and Ghost presence in the area was significantly reduced.
